Keeps His Sessions Fun and He Truly Cares
Brian pushes you to do your hardest but at the same time allows everyone to work at their own pace if necessary or modify an exercise if required. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands and he works with me to overcome that challenge. Working out with Brian as my trainer has kept me active and has truly helped my arthritis. Brian keeps his sessions fun and he truly cares about everyone’s success. My son also did personnel training with Brian. My son is a swimmer on a USA local swim team and Brian took extra steps to train him professionally and give him the strength he needed to excel in his swimming. It truly made him a stronger swimmer and gave him that extra edge. I would recommend Brian to work with anyone at any level and any medical condition as he takes the time to understand each individual’s needs and requirements and works to achieve them.

I Would Highly Recommend Brian
I have found that working out with Brian has provided the rigor and challenge I was looking for, the instructor guidance and oversight as well as the plus of flexibility in schedule that I need. With my work schedule and commute, I sometimes have to miss a workout session. Brian's workouts are fast-paced and with so much variety that there is always an opportunity to discover new body parts! My husband said yesterday that he cannot wait to see me in a bikini this summer. OK, that's probably going way too far! But at 60 years old the fact that me and any kind of swimsuit can be in the same sentence is way beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Brian as an instructor as an ideal way to get in shape.

Pushing Me To Reach My Potential
I love working out with Brian. The sessions are challenging but really work. I am amazed at how strong and fit I've become. Every session Brian changes our workout so that I am working different muscles. Every morning I wake up a little sore (in a good way) in a different place. At 44 I feel like I'm in the best shape of my life. I can do over 30 push-ups! When I started with Brian I couldn't do one. I try to slack but Brian keeps pushing me to reach my potential.

Perfect Combination of Understanding and Discipline
Brian’s instruction has made a tremendous difference in my well-being and physical condition. I have been training with Brian Cowee for about 3 months and coming from a family of athletes as well as having children who became athletes I have found Brian to be an exceptional trainer-extremely devoted, experienced, driven and sensitive to what his clients need to be stronger and healthier. D. Zahacefski Brian does an individual assessment and customizes his training to suit the age, fitness level and goals of the clients he works with. His personal training sessions are challenging and fun. This is so important to us because it allows us to stay motivated and not become bored with our fitness routine and consequently, we have stayed the course. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to demonstrate both high impact and low impact variations of the exercises, based on our fitness levels.
